No punch clock, and no dot on anybody's truck. We don't build it, which means we never have that data either — we can't hand over or lose what we never collected. Your people log their own day and the office sees it as it's saved. It's built on trust, and surveillance isn't what we're about.
Your company's data is yours. We don't sell it, we don't work with advertisers, and we don't build profiles out of it. Every company's data is isolated from every other company's, we use industry-standard security, and sensitive things like tax identifiers are encrypted. Cancel your plan and your records stay where they are, ready if you subscribe again. Delete your account and your login and contact details go, while the company keeps its records of the work: they're the business's books. Before you go, an admin can download everything the company holds, files and all, from Settings.
Yes, on the Studio plan. Invite a client and they can access their own portal: share selections and references before the work starts, then invoices, progress updates, and project reports while it runs. They see exactly what you choose to share, and they can pay you online from the same place.

Cancel any time. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops renewing, and your records stay put if you come back.
