From Crew up you get the admin desk as well — the crew logs the day from the field, and the desk is where you build estimates, work budgets, cut invoices, and run payroll. It isn't one or the other; the two together are the program.
Yes. It's offline-first: log hours, expenses, photos, and notes in a dead zone all day and it syncs the moment you're back in range. Voice capture works offline too, so you can talk the day into your phone at the bottom of a hollow. The intelligent features can be downloaded onto the phone and run right there, which makes them work with no signal at all.
No punch clock, and no dot on anybody's truck. We don't build it, which means we never have that data either — we can't hand over or lose what we never collected. Your people log their own day and the office sees it as it's saved. It's built on trust, and surveillance isn't what we're about.
Your company's data is yours. We don't sell it, we don't work with advertisers, and we don't build profiles out of it — the only thing we do with it is run the program for you. Every company's data is isolated from every other company's, we use industry-standard security, and sensitive things like tax identifiers are encrypted where they sit. We keep everything for a year, so you can come back to it or pull your records out — unless you ask us to delete it, and then it's wiped. We'll send reminders about exporting while that year runs, and we'll package the whole thing up whenever you ask for it. A few records stay longer where the law or accounting rules require it.
Yes, on the Studio plan. Invite a client and they get a door of their own: the selections and references before the work starts, then invoices, progress updates, and project reports while it runs. They see exactly what you choose to share, and they can pay you online from the same place.

Cancel any time — there's no contract and nothing to argue your way out of. If you cancel a paid plan partway through a period, we refund the part you didn't use, prorated. We'd rather give the money back than keep somebody who's done.
