Our thinking

Something we talk about a lot on the job site is saving half seconds in process. Those half seconds get lost in translation from one place to another, in not being as set up as you thought you were, in chasing down that socket set that didn't get put back or that receipt stuffed in a lunchbox.

You're capturing clients and information. You're logging time and expenses. You're taking photos of receipts, writing invoices and sending them, tracking down overdue payments.

All of these tasks end up in your head for you to track across your company, and there are so many solutions for each out there that rarely play nice with each other.

What we've done is built a system where they all meet. Because that's the only way to get this stuff out of your head.

If your gear (and your half-written estimate, and your expense receipt) is where you left it, and your systems are set up to make that as easy as possible, you can focus on your work, not your business.
