We built ScribeLine because the back-office software we found out there was made for desks, but we're not at our desk: we're working. Digging through menus and settings across multiple apps just to make payroll isn't ok. So we brought it in-house, and now we're bringing to yours.

Field-first, offline-first

The Field Companion app works with no bars. Hours, expenses, notes, and site visits are captured locally and sync the moment there's a connection — the work is never blocked by a dead zone, and nothing is lost between the site and the books.

Trust, not tracking

There's no time clock and no GPS on the crew. It's built for shops where the people running the business trust the people doing the work — workers log their own day, and the system carries that record into the paperwork instead of watching anybody.
